LUCKNOW METRO TRAINS TO RUN IN ATO (AUTOMATIC TRAIN OPERATION) MODE BETWEEN TRANSPORT NAGAR AND CHARBAGH METRO STATIONS

Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation (LMRC) from today onwards will run its Metro trains in ATO (Automatic Train Operation) mode from Transport Nagar to Charbagh Metro station of the priority section of North-South corridor(phase 1-A). Earlier the Metro trains were being run in ATP (Automatic Train Protection) mode in which automatic braking is ensured to prevent any kind of collision for the safety of Metro commuters/passengers.
